We can say that personality is matter which has authority to solve the problems.

1.       When issue is created it is necessary to solve this issue immediately because with the passage of time conflicts are enhanced. The managers in an organization when have to face the issue should not avoid but should take steps to solve the problems. The problems cannot be solved when mangers has biasness for one party in conflict resolution. The biasness will rebel the other party from conflict resolution. We can say that personality is matter which has authority to solve the problems.
